Aloac: Project Retirement

With the upcoming transition to the Caglow 3 platform, the Aloac library is being retired. The Caglow project is moving away from the C programming language as a whole, towards the Ada programming language which favors code readability and maintainability, neither of which the Aloac library particularly excels at. As a result, there will be no more releases of Aloac.Development is transitioning to the project's successor, the Caglow library which will serve as the core for all future projects under the Caglow platform.
